Job Summary:
The Manager, eGaming Product Delivery leads a team of professionals in the product delivery of various products including Lottery, Sports and Casino available on The Manager, eGaming Product Delivery is responsible for driving overall delivery performance of the eGaming products from both a technical delivery  and customer experience perspective.

Key Accountabilities:
•    Manages the overall delivery strategy for eGaming products on including Sports, Lottery and Casino in alignment with enterprise product and player experience strategies.  Works closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment on roadmaps and priorities while recognizing potential efficiencies and opportunities for Works with Product Owners both within their own team and more broadly to continue developing processes and staff capabilities in the area of Agile delivery best practices for the betterment of
•    Manages a complex array of vendors in the delivery of eGaming products. Works with other teams within BCLC to ensure appropriate contractual arrangements are maintained including the negotiation of contracts and monitoring of service level agreements.
•    Builds and maintains strong relationships with partner jurisdictions in the operational management of multi-jurisdictional products such as the Canadian Poker Network, Powerbucks and Bingo.
•    Proactively assesses and evaluates changing marketplace trends, identifying and advancing new opportunities that increase the competitiveness of
•    Ensures that stakeholder departments are provided with adequate eGaming product operations knowledge to respond to inquiries. Ensures that escalated customer concerns are addressed appropriately. 
•    Serves as the subject matter expert pertaining to key product and system requirements and functionality. Provides expertise to a variety of internal and external groups at various levels including executive level. Collaborates with other business units to leverage cross channel business and player opportunities. 
•    Provides strong people leadership and strategic direction to the department by championing BCLC’s vision, mission and values, while ensuring the continual development of the technical and people skills required to meet corporate objectives.
•    Models leadership behaviours that support engagement of staff such as practicing meaningful recognition, inspiring a shared vision, communicating with staff regularly, coaching/mentoring others, conducting performance management, and supporting culture and change management initiatives.
•    Manages significant budgets for operating, capital and direct costs. Develops operational budget and makes high risk financial decisions in addition to approving financial expenditures for the department. 

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Education and Experience
•    A degree in business, or related discipline;
•    5 to 7 years experience in online casino management, including significant experience planning, developing and executing strategies and initiatives in a multi-product environment involving slot games, table games, and poker; 
•    Experience managing multiple vendor relationships including service level management is desired;
•    Demonstrated understanding of player behavior and player strategy in an online casino environment;
•    An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Technical Requirements
•    Significant leadership experience – providing both direct and indirect leadership;
•    Experience working in a highly regulated environment;
•    Understands Agile principles and methodologies and how Agile adds value to product delivery and management;
•    Demonstrated proactive and collaborative approach to identifying and resolving problems;
•    High degree of business acumen;
•    Solid experience in client/partner relationship management;
•    Experience creating and refining business processes; 
•    Solid understanding of website design and online communication vehicles;
•    Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking/innovation;
•    Exceptional communication and presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex plans and corporate strategies to a diverse audience;
•    Strong people development skills;
•    Excellent team building abilities;
•    Excellent interpersonal skills;
•    Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills;
•    Strong computer skills – MS office.
