Job Summary:
The Senior Specialist, eCasino develops strategies and programs for the eCasino portfolio through innovation and player understanding. The Senior Specialist plays a proactive role in growing revenue and profitability of the products through customer segmentation and new product opportunities, while garnering public support for BCLC and upholding the Corporation’s commitment to social responsibility.


Key Accountabilities:
•    Develops complex and specialized strategies to support eCasino on by fully understanding the player’s needs. Manages, executes, and optimizes the performance of eCasino for
•    Plans and monitors the execution of activities, strategies, jackpots, tournaments and other support for eCasino initiatives on, while interpreting and applying corporate standards, policies and procedures in order to generate positive public support of BCLC product and services.
•    Develops strategic business plans and assists in forecasting financial resource and operational needs for expenditures and budgeting related to eCasino game management and development. 
•    Educates stakeholders across the organization on the eCasino portfolio, product lines, marquee products, and specialty products to enable their work. Delivers regular presentations updating stakeholders on the offering and develops artifacts to support self-guided exploration of the portfolio outside of
•    Proactively builds, develops, maintains and manages strong working relationships with various internal departments, in addition to, vendors, regulatory and government bodies.
•    Provides solutions to issues by using innovative and analytical thinking while continually researching eCasino trends and best practices.
•    Seeks opportunities to continuously develop through ongoing training. Provides significant knowledge transfer to other members of the team and cross functionally. 
•    Maintains a good understanding of news and developments from the casino and mainstream gaming industries; maintains a broad awareness of wider betting and gaming industry best practice.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience

•    Degree or diploma in a marketing or business discipline;  
•    4 to 6 years current, related experience;
•    Experience with a digital mainstream gaming company, specific experience in game development and product management preferred;
•    An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.


Technical Requirements
•    Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans for online gaming products and services;
•    Strong knowledge of principles, concepts, practices and techniques of eCasino and managing product;
•    Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of business plans for an online gaming operation;
•    Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics;
•    Ability to work to tight deadlines and with close attention to detail;
•    Excellent interpersonal skills;
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
•    Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking/innovation;
•    Strong computer skills – MS Office;
•    Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills;
•    Understanding of B.C. gaming industry is an asset.
